Configuration Management (CM) Process aims to spread and sustain the integrity of the performance product of the project throughout the life cycle of the project. Organization Process Focus involves developing and maintaining an understanding of the organizations’ and projects' software processes to assess, develop, maintain, and improve these processes. This process provides long-term commitments and resources to coordinate the development and maintenance of the software processes across current and future software projects via a group such as a software engineering process group. This group is responsible for the organization's software process activities. It is specifically responsible for the development and maintenance of the organization's standard software process and related process assets (as described in the Organization Process Definition process area), and it coordinates the process activities with the software projects.
The process aims to plan and implement organizational process improvement based on understanding of current strength and weaknesses of the organization's process and process assets.
Organizational Training
Organizational Training adapts training to help the organizations strategic business objectives to face the crucial training needs that are common across products and help groups. Appropriate training needs assessment of requirements, planning, instructional design, and effective training media (e.g., workbooks, computer software) as well as repository of training process data. As an organizational procedure, the core components of training are expertise of particular disciplines and other area of knowledge, and mechanism for measuring the efficiency of training campaign.
The training activities will be done by training group, Project Manager and the SPG. The training group will include the Manager – Training & Development (HR), Training Coordinator (HR) and the Trainer.
Organization Process Focus follows enhancing and sustaining and understanding of the organizations’ and projects’ software process to assess, develop, maintain and enhance these performances. This ensures ling term commitments and resource to coordinate the growth and sustenance of the software engineering processes over current and future software projects via a committee such as software process activities. It is particularly responsible for the improvement and sustenance of the enterprise ‘s standard software process and similar process wealth’s (as detailed in the Organization Process Definition process area) and it coordinate the performance activities with the software projects.

The training activities will be performed by the Training Group, Project Manager and the SPG. The Training Group will consist of the Manager – Training & Development (HR), Training Coordinator (HR), and the Trainer.
Process and Product Quality Assurance
This process is designed to determine systematically and independently whether quality activities and associated results coincides with planned arrangements or whether these arrangements are fit to reach these targets. This process also centres mainly on assessment and includes Internal Quality Audits on all Products. Support functions, Senior Management, etc, for procedure compliance opposite to implemented Quality Management System.
Product Integration Process
The product integration procedure covers various type of products and involves searching product components to be integrated, understanding internal and external interfaces of every product components, locating quality integration sequence, confirming interface compatibility, assembling the product components and offering the products as a package. The process aims entire product integration through progressive assembly of product components in any of the stage or in development stage , according to structured integratin sequence and processes.
Project Management
The Project Management Process includes the Project Planning; Project Monitoring & Control and Integrated Project Management processes. Project Planning implements and sustains plans that briefs project activities. Project Monitoring and Control offers an understanding of the product’s performance so that effective corrective actions can be taken when the project’s performance slice-down significantly from the plan. Integrated Project Management helps monitor and organize project according to an integrated and briefed process that is designed from the organization’s set of regular processes.
Requirements Management
Requirement Management covers implementing and maintain a contract with the customer on the needs for a project; organising changes to needs, confirming consistency between the needs; the project plans and work products, and retaining bi-directional traceability for the needs and work products. Requirements Development Process covers translating the stake holders’ requirement-driven view of the desired services into a technical specification for the products that offer those services.
Risk Management
Risk management process details the practices, procedures and guidelines that , when established, would support the organization to grow and execute software Risk Management Plan. The mission of this plan is to find risk that occurs in an organization in the begin stage itself and define the ways on revising the improvement strategy to meet those risk.
Supplier Agreement Management
This process highlights on organizing the capturing of products from the suppliers by increasing the indent, estimating the suppliers/vendors; purchase orders, receiving the bought products and investigating it, and maintain bought goods while they are available in the stock.
Technical Solutions
The Technical Solution process can be applied at any level of product structure and to all product, product component, and product-related lifecycle process. Through the process area, where we handle the terms product and product component, their intended synonyms also encompass service and their components.
Verification and Validation
Verification is to confirm that selected work products satisfy their particular needs. The specified needs are not only seen in requirement specification documents but also in functional specification, architecture and structure models, and exam cases and so on.
